Sound Networks will flag anything that needs attention and wait for your approval before taking any action. This plan is reactive by design — giving you the protection of monitoring and security, with full control over any support spend.

Our endpoint management platform keeps a watchful eye on your devices around the clock. Automated Windows patching ensures your systems are always up to date, reducing the risk of vulnerabilities — without you having to think about it.

Huntress EDR adds a powerful layer of threat detection on top of Windows Defender. Used by businesses of all sizes, it actively hunts for threats that traditional antivirus can miss — giving you enterprise-level protection at an accessible price point.
Reactive support, on your approval
When an alert flags an issue, we'll get in touch to let you know what we've found and give you a clear recommendation. Any investigative or remediation work is billed transparently at £70.00/hr + VAT — you'll always know what you're approving before we start. No surprise invoices, no work carried out without your knowledge.
